Our Teaching Artist Training Program (TATP) is taught by veteran, certified, BIPOC educators and administrators and is focused on preparing high-quality teaching artists through intentional training and meaningful practice.

TATP Team:

Rachel Harrah (She/Her/Ella) has a Masters in Educational Leadership from SFA as well as a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre with a minor in Dance. She has trained globally with theater companies who specialize in differentiated performance and her training expands genres and countries. Rachel is a nationally certified cultural intelligence trainer, specializing in active community building and perspective sharing. Rachel’s breadth of knowledge in all levels of a large, urban school district coupled with her expertise in creating and managing educational programs at Tony award winning regional theaters make her a seasoned advocate for students, teachers, and school district leadership. She hopes to act as a catalyst for change while fostering relationships and systems that are built with data and clear educational outcomes.

Sarah Horn-Wilder (She/Her/Hers) is a Dallas based Performing Arts Teaching Artist, who has a passion for arts education. She spends her time providing high quality performing arts education through ATT Performing Arts Education Department, Elementary and Middle School programs at DISD and Harrah LLC. When she is not teaching or directing, she enjoys spending her time with her two children and husband.
