Our Team
Rachel Harrah, Educational Design Consultant
Rachel Harrah (she/her/ella) has a Masters in Educational Leadership from SFA as well as a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre with a minor in Dance. She has trained globally with theater companies who specialize in differentiated performance and her training expands genres and countries. Rachel is a nationally certified cultural intelligence trainer, specializing in active community building and perspective sharing. Rachel’s breadth of knowledge in all levels of a large, urban school district coupled with her expertise in creating and managing educational programs at Tony award winning regional theaters make her a seasoned advocate for students, teachers, and school district leadership. She hopes to act as a catalyst for change while fostering relationships and systems that are built with data and clear educational outcomes.
Luz Vazquez, Operations Coordinator
Luz Vazquez (She/Her/Ella) graduated from the University of North Texas, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, specializing in Core Subjects EC-6 and Bilingual education. Throughout her academic and professional journey, Luz has been involved in a wide range of projects for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Her contributions in these projects include providing expertise in brainstorming event ideas and breaking down action plans into manageable steps. Luz’s career as an educator, consultant, and leader has been characterized by unwavering dedication, innovative thinking, and a resolute commitment to educational excellence and accessibility for all.
Kathleen Clark
Kathleen Clark (She/Her) is a highly accomplished professional with a solid educational background, holding a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Colorado Denver and a Master of Arts in Linguistic and Cultural Diversity from the University of Colorado Boulder. Her skill set includes education, copywriting, editing, curriculum development, and tutoring. Kathleen’s expertise shines in education, where she has designed and delivered online instruction for middle school students with diverse learning needs, crafting tailored curricula covering subjects like reading, math, science, social studies, and life and job skills training. She is also recognized for her meticulous attention to detail, notably in coordinating with institutions in Colorado and New Mexico to develop and edit Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with ISO requirements across multiple domains. Furthermore, Kathleen’s proficiency extends to marketing and advertising, where she has successfully expanded markets through cold-calling, resolved advertising and billing issues, developed effective strategies, and created captivating advertising content for both military and civilian publications. Her diverse skills and academic foundation continue to make a significant impact in education, curriculum development, and marketing.
Sarah Horn-Wilder, TATP Program Director
Sarah Horn-Wilder (she/her/hers) is a Dallas based Performing Arts Teaching Artist, who has a passion for arts education. She spends her time providing high quality performing arts education through ATT Performing Arts Education Department, Elementary and Middle School programs at DISD and Harrah LLC. When she is not teaching or directing, she enjoys spending her time with her two children and husband.
