We also offer curriculum development, curated professional development, mentorship, extended day and summer learning, and support to help administrators improve outcomes for students, educators, and support facility use.
Our team of experienced instructors provides personalized training and support, working closely with schools and business entities to implement evidence-based practices and instructional strategies that promote academic success and social-emotional learning.

Our Team

Rachel Harrah, ALEP
President & Educational Design Consultant
Rachel Harrah (she/her/ella) has a Masters in Educational Leadership from SFA as well as a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre with a minor in Dance. She has trained globally with theater companies who specialize in differentiated performance and her training expands genres and countries. Rachel is a nationally certified cultural intelligence trainer, specializing in active community building and perspective sharing. She hopes to act as a catalyst for change while fostering relationships and systems that are built with data and clear educational outcomes.

Albert Harrah
Chief Operating Officer
Albert Harrah (he/him/his) is the Chief Operating Officer of Harrah LLC, where he manages daily operations, finances, and other key aspects of the business. With a background as an educator, Albert specialized in music education, particularly modern band. His experience in the classroom has equipped him with a unique perspective that he now brings to his leadership role at Harrah LLC, ensuring the company’s operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Luz Vazquez, ALEP
Operations Coordinator
Luz Vazquez, ALEP, has a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of North Texas, with a focus on Core Subjects EC-6 and Bilingual Education. She is a skilled professional with experience in education, web development and design, project coordination, and client communications. She ensures operations run smoothly, managing complex projects, facilitating cross-departmental initiatives, and supporting the team in delivering clear, thoughtful, and impactful work.

Lainie Simonton
Director of Education
Lainie Simonton has her Masters in Educational Leadership and Policy as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from the University of Texas in Arlington. Her roles as theater teacher/director, Fine Arts Director, and Director of Strategic Initiatives for Fine Arts, Magnet Schools, and special programs has provided her the opportunity to hone her skills in developing and implementing aligned curriculum, creating unique fine arts programming, providing professional learning for teachers and school administration, and streamlining Fine Arts systems.

Kathleen Clark
Curriculum Specialist | Special Education & Multilingual Instruction
Kathleen Clark brings a multifaceted background in education, curriculum design, and quality assurance to Harrah LLC, where she leads fine arts, special education, and multilingual program development. With over 20 years of experience as a teacher, department chair, and program leader, she has created and adapted curriculum to meet diverse learner needs, ensured compliance with standards, and guided instructional design across settings.

Sarah Horn-Wilder
TATP Program Director
Sarah Horn-Wilder (she/her/hers) is a Dallas based Performing Arts Teaching Artist, who has a passion for arts education. She spends her time providing high quality performing arts education through AT&T Performing Arts Center Education Department, Elementary and Middle School programs at DISD and Harrah LLC. When she is not teaching or directing, she enjoys spending her time with her two children and husband.
