Educational Tours
We curate customized learning tours that showcase innovative spaces, programs, and practices nationwide—sparking inspiration, informing planning, and fostering dialogue about future-ready educational and cultural space For professional organizations, we design tours examining the intersection of design, equity, and education, partnering with groups such as Texas Fine Arts Administrators, Committee on Architecture for Education (CAE), and more.





Orange County Public Schools: Educational Visioning and Tour
Harrah LLC, in collaboration with Corgan, led the educational visioning process for OCPS’s future Arts & Entertainment High School. We facilitated workshops, coordinated a tour at Full Sail University with a custom workbook, and supported consensus-building among district leaders and community stakeholders.

AIA Boston: Committee on Architecture for Education (CAE) Symposium
Harrah LLC supported the AIA Committee on Architecture for Education during the Boston Symposium by facilitating an educational tour of innovative learning environments. We created a custom handbook and guided participants in capturing insights to inform future-ready school design.

Greenwood ISD: Facilities Tour
Harrah LLC partnered with Parkhill Architects to lead an educational facilities tour for Greenwood ISD, providing leaders with firsthand insights into performance spaces. We managed logistics, created a planning handbook, and facilitated dialogue to support informed decisions for the district’s proposed student event center.

A4LE Emerging Professionals: Mentorship Program
Harrah LLC presented a workshop for the A4LE Emerging Professionals program focused on building meaningful connections within the industry. Participants learned how to leverage personal strengths to network effectively, foster collaboration, and create deeper professional relationships that support organizational goals and innovative, equity-driven learning environments.

Texas Fine Arts Administrators: Special Guest Presenter
Harrah LLC led a workshop on Educational Specifications (Ed Specs) and Technical Design Guidelines (TDGs), featuring expert insights on flooring and fine arts spaces. Participants engaged in hands-on activities and case studies to learn how these tools shape learning environments and support instructional goals.

Region 10 Summit: Conference Workshop
Spotlight Sets, a Harrah LLC company, facilitated a hands-on Region 10 Summit workshop where participants recreated award-winning UIL One Act Play sets with model sets built by Spotlight Sets. The session emphasized visual storytelling, staging, and creative problem-solving, providing practical strategies for classroom application.
